This on-site internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn how restaurant service, performer coordination, and show-night logistics come together in one of the Upper West Side’s most distinctive hospitality settings.
What you’ll do
- Assist with event and performance preparation using clear checklists and timelines.
- Support performer arrival, backstage readiness, and show-night coordination as assigned.
- Help organize production materials and communicate updates with the restaurant team.
- Observe and contribute to a smooth guest experience during live programming.
